Reason(s) you should be unbanned: i was going to go ask and tom had asked me to build away from this town and i di i couldn't se them so i thought it was a decent distance. i was going to wait for calc to get on to tp to him so i could go home because my /home wasn't working for some reason so i built a 4 by 4 house made of glass and glowstone. Then tom tp's to me (i guess adz complained i don't know he is ignoring me) and asks why i built it here and i never got to defend myself i though i was a reasonable distance away and also adz and people of his town have grieved me multiple times. Axl has broken my 75 by 75 worm machine when i wasn't on and gregnov broke 2 arrow cannons. and so at the start i just made a very annoying machine as payback that wasn't grief because they said i could build as long as I'm not on the bay and i did on another island and i got kicked by either tom or hovr. i complained grief multiple times about all o these and only when i was in questioning did he 0 mil ban gregnov as a "warning" when i am banned for 1 day i think tom is choosing sides and he is an unfit candidate for the moderators. So please consider my ban appeal because i have been griefed multiple times and nothing done about it. and i would also like to nominate a moderator that i think is very helpful calc.

Hi Tigerboy1,
I have been trying to resolve the issues between you and adz & gregnov and spend about 45 minutes on it already in 2 seperate occasions. Yes you told me they where griefing you. And i told you that unless you tell me what and where, i could not do anything. And getting revenge by building an annoyance machine is not a good idea and not allowed on the server when other people are irritated by it. It was right next to their city so yeah.. you see my point here? And i asked you to just go somewhere else and not to build next to their city (Warning nr1).
The next day i get a message that you did build next to their city again and i had to remove all that crap again. I gave you another warning, an official one now (warning nr2) NOT TO BUILD NEXT TO THEIR CITY. You complained that gregnov broke some blocks of yours and i checked it out, in the mean time you kept nagging on how we do not help you.. I gave gregnov an offline warning since he was not on to question. I told everyone to stay clear of each other and stop this stupid fight.
Half hour later adz tells me you are building next to his city again. So i teleport and there you are in a glas box on top of a 1x1 glass pillar. maybe 15 blocks away from their buildings. And your excuse was that you were going afk to wait for a friend. Of all the places you can go afk. you have to choose 15 blocks away from the ppl that you have a fight with. And you tell me its not provocation. I think its just to make them grief you and then for me to punish them for griefing. Am i right? anyways that was your 3rd offence in 2 days. You did not listen to me and kept building there. So i banned you for 2 days. all in all i spend so much time dealing with this that i don't even get to play myself. or get to other grief alerts for that matter.
How can you say i am unfit to be a mod and that i am choosing sides when i gave you multiple warnings not to do something and you just do not listen. And the audacity to "nominate" someone for mod in a ban appeal? serious?
I spend enough time on this.
