Hi everyone! Recently I decided that I'm going to be moving to a new town that's being constructed, so I'm gonna have to sell my other residence. It's an auction starting at 10 dia.

Cane and Tree Farm: Next to the house.
2 Floor Wooden House: Fits MANY large chests, includes Jukebox + Complimentary "Cat" Disc.
Stone Pathway: Grief-protection with Sand Blocks on the destruction of glass or wood, top layer is a mini pumpkin farm.
Animal Farm: Contains 1 Red Sheep, 1 Blue Sheep, 2 Chicken.
Underwater Pathway: Includes a tunnel (Sealed Off w/ Dirt) which travels a great distance onto the other side. Walls are double-layer thick.
