Teamspeak problems (IOS)

So, around 2 months ago I bought teamspeak for IOS. It has been working perfectly fine... Until I try to put it on my iPad! Any suggestions on this?

You need a security level of 18 or higher to connect to the teamspeak server.


The security level determines how long connecting users will have to improve their identity security level before their identity will be considered valid on to connect to this server, essentially reducing the potential for spam and abuse because once banned the abuser needs to invest a lot of time to create a new one..


Currently, you need a security level of 18 or higher to connect!

Ok, my security level is 15! How might I raise it?
