It has become very hard to breathe for me recently, also hurts. Right now im struggling for breathe.
This is due to asthma, and I cant get an inhaler till the weekend. And dealing with certain people on kreatious is the last thing i need.
Anything that would speed my heart rate up could send me to hospital EG laughing, exercise etc
