Wall-E Banned Me For Nothing

I know I have a bad track record. I just got out of a 5 hour ban for killing my friend gmonsta78 even tho he wasn't upset about it, and then I left the game whilst in Q 'cause I had to go, but I accept it because Kreatious is against that, but I was talking to one of the players ( yoshiuchiha ) and said some thing like, "How did you find that out, Yoshu." Then I corrected and said, "Yoshi**." Then Wall-E banned me for "Using Foul Language Again..." u wot m8? I don't know why that happened, but I'll be good. I'm trying to get Ctzn, and I don't want to act a fool anymore. I know I sound fake, but I'm serious. Even tho I killed gmonsta78, it was because I knew he would be fine with it, but I know that's against the rules. Other than that I've been good. Help me out, yeah?
