Reason: Swearing at players

I was talking to some kid in /msg and he was annoying me, So I started to swear at him, Which to my knowledge was fine as long as it never left /msg. He never asked me to stop swearing at him, or never said he wasnt ok with me swearing at him. Then he proceeded to send the screenshots to Neko, Who then gave me a 6 day ban. I didnt know that swearing in /msg suddenly wasnt allowed and was a bannable offence.

Now I have been out of school for a few years so my math might be rusty here. But you are using an alt account again So according to our policy banning for that reason would double the last one. Meaning next ban for using that alt would be 4d.
Then being inappropriate (Swearing in pm and using racial slurs) in pm with a player who reported it to me. As they should do. Would also be doubled under our policy. So that would be another 4d.

So lets see... 4 days plus 4 days is... oh right, 8 days. I banned you for 7. Guess I actually banned you for shorter time than I should have. Oh but lets not forget you had a nice convo with Shen about using a Xray pack. Whether true or not I ignored that fact in the ban merely reminding you not to use it. So Had I taken into consideration xray hacking that would be another 1-2 weeks had I been able to prove it.

But alas I'm sorry I gave you just 1 week. 2 and a day less than you rightfully deserve if you were indeed xraying.

If another mod or Zerg would like to explain when ban evasion, unwanted swearing and racial slurs became allowed on what is or was known to be a family friendly server. I'll be sure to remember next time you do it.

I'd like to mention you came on with yet another previously banned alt account (Bottsy) to argue the ban which i explained to you twice ingame.

Talked to zerg. He shortened the ban. While it was shortened it is still banned. So denied... (Wasn't instant... for what its worth)
