iExspee's Skin Competition!

Hey everyone!
This is a quick message to all you skin designers out there! I have had my skin that resembles me for quite some time now... but it's time for a makeover. I made my skin a while ago, but I didn't really add too much detail to it. I would love for someone to redo my skin, and make it more detailed in its pants, t-shirt and hair. (Hair would be good if it was a bit blonder).

Guidelines:
Only modify
- Shirt (keep it black)
- Pants (keep it black)
- Tie (keep it the same colour, just make it more detailed)
- Hair (try to make it look like a dark blonde colour)

Prizes!:
WINNER: 12 diamond blocks, 32 iron blocks, 32 lapis blocks.
RUNNER UP: 3 diamond blocks, 12 iron blocks, 12 lapis blocks.
THIRD PRIZE: 1 diamond block, 6 iron blocks, 6 lapis blocks.

Scroll down to "Enter a Minecraft username and edit that skin:" and then type in iExspee (case sensitive)

Competition ends on Sunday 9th December 2012. Please post in the reply box, the URL and a photo of the skin. Most important is the URL.

Urm... I think there is a link that can take you to the URL. Also, the hair is way too blonde, I sort of want it looking like the one atm, but just a LITTLE lighter. :3
