I don't understand why you keep asking for CMod. I'm pretty sure you have to earn it, unless Zerg is handing out ranks to whomever asks.. which is highly unlikely. Is this your new thing since no one wants any smartmovement mods?

No, My thing making the job of being moderator be miserable one since they dont use logic in decisions.

I haven't seen it actually become an issue with anyone until now. I wouldn't call it power abuse, because it really doesn't benefit, or disadvantage anyone. I keep hearing the term 'power abuse' being thrown around, and I don't think you all really know what it is.

I understand your dilemma, if it legitimately causes you to lag out so much. And I think, under those circumstances, a mod should have listened to you, and ended it. Perhaps the issue may have been, because of the spam, your message may have scrolled away too quickly to see. Although, if you /msg a mod, you should be able to get a word in edgewise, since private messages are more noticeable.

As for getting rid of them, I don't see why we should get rid of them entirely. Maybe we should just be more aware of lagging people out by it. And if someone's performance is being affected by it, we should end it. It's not really about blowing off steam, or dealing with frustration. It's just a fun sort of way of communicating. Something that we like to do every once in a while.

TL;DR: Don't get rid of them, but we do need to calm it down if it's hurting someone's FPS. And if it's hurting your FPS, /msg or /mail us, and just let us know, and most of our staff will understand, and hopefully end it.

It is because, every time the mods have a "kick/ban war" every time they kick someone, my game freezes for about 10 seconds. I don't know why this is, my connections are all fine, I never lag when it rains or when I'm in heavy movement areas, around water or lava. Nothing. Just when they are kicking people every 3 seconds.

So between kicks, I type out, tabbing to both of them to please stop, because it makes me lag really bad. They ignored me for several moments, and continued kicking. Which is ridiculous in itself.

why is this spam,
Player1: lol
Player1: yeah that
Player1: oops hit enter by accident
Player1 has been kicked for spamming

but this isn't?
Mod1 kicked Mod2 haha its 7oclock
Mod2 left the server
Mod2 joined the server
Mod2 kicked mod1 no its only 4

Mod1 left the server
Mod1 joined the server
Mod1 kicked Mod2 LAIZZZZ
Mod2 left the server
Mod2 joined the server
Mod2 kicked Mod1 Lol she says we can't kick
Mod1 left the server
Mod1 joined the server
Mod1 kicked Mod2 lol but we can
Mod2 left the server
Mod2 joined the server
Mod2 banned Mod1 0 seconds if we can't kick, then we'll ban!
Mod1 left the server
Mod1 joined the server

Even if this didn't make me lag so bad, it is extremely annoying. It floods the entire chat and forces you to sit back and wait until they calm down until you can resume chatting.

It wouldn't annoy me so much, but every time I've politely asked them to stop, they either ignore me, or tell me that kick wars have always happened in Kreatious. Why is that a reason for them to continue?

So basically, I think that (especially because it seems Kreatious has like 30 mods), that they should not be able to abuse their kicking and banning powers like this. Because it is annoying, visually disruptive, and it makes me lag.

(I am in no way telling mods what to do, I am presenting my argument here on the table for all to see, and I'd like to know if anyone else feels the same)
I love this server, no one breaking my stuff, a friendly community for the most part, cool TPs and Cities to explore. So far, these ridiculous kick/ban wars are the only thing I absolutely despise about the server. I'm trying to get settled in, and finish some projects, and I was intending to donate some money because honestly this server seems the best, but if the mods are going to freeze me up for 15+ minutes every evening, I'm just going to have to find somewhere else.

You registered on the forums on April 1st 2013. That was 15 days ago and you're already trying to start big stuff like this. Atleast play a bit before you try and switch stuff. People like me have been playing for a couple of years and have never had a problem with this. Please, play a few more months before you start putting up polls.

If you had something like this on another server you played on before, you can easily go back, but stop trying to make changes here.

Don't need to be here for a year to make suggestions. I think he made an excellent point, which a lot of mods have overlooked. In the course of having some fun we assumed was harmless, some of us managed to be a hindrance to one of our new players' game performance. Intentional or not, it's something that can be prevented through polls like these. I know I'll be keeping an eye out for it, now that I know it happens.

1) Tesla did not start this topic.
2) We have dropped the conversation about him since he's been banned from the forums.

Although I'm way too new to the server for anything I say to matter, I'll have to agree to this.

Because it honestly did not feel great when I see mods kicking each other for effectively pointless reasons an hour after I joined.
Rather than "Power abuse", this is more likely to give off a negative image of the server staff. Though it is understandable voluntary moderation work with little to no merit is stressful, It does not mean you are suddenly above respecting another person as a human being. Having fun is fine, but it is a bit annoying when it affects everyone else, Unless nobody minds it.

Also like to point out that it is in bad taste to shoot down a decent argument/opinion/idea simply due to personal reasons regarding the presenter. Even if he did register on april 1st and falsely used griefing as his argument.

What? how does this relate to kick wars? going from being greifed, to kick wars? what???

Premise one: When a player is kicked, subject's client lags.
Premise two: Member of the moderation team kicking each other repeatedly
Premise three: subject confused "In Grief" to "Being Griefed".

He may have thought this particular internet community to be void of both the emotion of grief, and the deliberate perpetrator of grief. Or he falsely assumed mods having fun and kicking each other for personal enjoyment(for them, atleast) is an act of deliberate griefing.

Atleast nobody is forcing you to vote or donate to the server if the staff disappoints you. :>
