Got enough wood to make a chest? make one, and see if you can get on top the bedrock again. if not, well, maybe someday someone will find your stuff.
if you do not have enough wood, move far away so that your stuff is unlikely to be loaded, and do the same as above.
If you cannot get back to the roof, i'm sorry, but your stuff is gone.

Well, I came to the nether planning to go above it. So I didn't bring anything worth keeping anyways.
Also, walle teleported me to spawn when I said "I'm stuck in the nether"

Of course, I did that after building my little shrine XD

It was going to be a gold farm, until I realized mob spawns are completely and totally disabled above the nether on this server..
