Questions About the Citizen Rank

Well, I've been on the sever for well over a year now, and have over 300 hours, and I am not sure if I qualify for citizen rank. I don't know if the rank is automatic and I'm missing criteria, or it just needs to be done manually. Input on this subject would greatly appreciated.

300+ hours and a year of active playtime (I believe thats at least an hour a week...)

/firstseen shows you first joined July 13th 2013.... Meaning july 13th 2014 would be your year mark...

So... Stay active till at least late july... see what happens

Erm, Neko, we're in 2014....

I assume you either went inactive for quite some time, or Zerg hasn't gone through and updated the list lately
