Friend cannot get on server.

My friend, Mr_dr_prof_brady is trying to connect to survival.kreatious.net and on his end it says "server is in offline mode, you have not logged in from this computer" on the server it says he connected, lied about who he claimed to be, and disconnected

He tried logging in on my computer, same result, I tried to get on from his computer and it gave me a long line of code with no actual message.

Creative.kreatious gives him a timeout error and play.kreatious gives the same as survival.kreatious
