the only problem with voteban is that we cant ban someone who is offline. So if someone griefs, then goes offline, we cant ban them, and we're stuck waiting for a mod to come online and do the job for us

I think if vtns recieved grief alerts if no mods are online would be a good idea. Fixes the problem.

There's very, very, few grief alerts nowadays. Most, if not all, of them are handled by Eve (90 second ban for first offense.)

If a player's offline, they're not causing trouble, and hence, no need to ban.

Most of our problems with moderating are with chat and people needing to see a counselor to resolve their issues.

Well I do agree with this 100% but Vtn's can kick to and there are Vtn's on most of the time.

Vtns can only vote ban, chat mods can do up to 1 day ban, and kick (your chat mods are Purebo, Dritalia, xxKuro, Mark, and myself)

hmm... well im on most of the time and if you have greifs, then just ask me wen im on. and bye the way zerg's greif system is the best and most greif don't happen and or get reverted bye EVE, and i think we have a good number of mods and im not just saying it because im a mod.. im saying it becuse we have a lot of VTn and chat Mods that can handle greifers,greif wen mods aren't on. So if you have a greif and no Mod, VTn or CMod just wait for one to come on and ask them for there help..
