Ok. Let's take this one line at a time.
Noob who banned you: icefang
Already you're being disrespectful and not taking this seriously at all.
Time you were banned: 1 hr I guess its 90 min now.... Ok I dont know now it keeps changing?!?
Here is the *ONLY* ban you received last night.
[07:09:27] 12/17 5:37 Ban by Icefang113 for: 90m - Flooding someone's
enderman farm for personal benefit
Had the time had been extended there would be an additional ban in the log.
Reason: "Doing a public service,
Stop there. We have had this discussion at least three times now. What you're saying here is that yes, I did it, but I did what I did for everyone. It is NOT your place to declare marshal law on all End farms, or anyone's property/land because you think you're justified. It doesn't matter what the reason is. You do not have permission to grief, alter, sabotage, or make inactive anyone's property other than your own.
by making the public endermen farm work better" Quote from zerg!
Actually Here is a quote from Zerg.
Map cleanup days!

The proposal:
Every 3rd sunday of each month, players can request a moderator to remove an abandoned structure on some land that you want, and restore it to natural land & make it buildable.
Taking it upon yourself to grief someone else's farm, even to make something work better, is against the rules.
I saw you myself trying to circumvent the anri-grieving system by placing a large amount of iron blocks on someone elses staircase. Personally, I think this is WORSE than griefing, I consider it hacking. (see
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hacker )
Technology
Hacker (computer security) someone who accesses a computer system by circumventing its security system
In this case it's not a computer system you're trying to access, but rather land that is not yours... Which is precisely what you and I both know you are doing.
So yeah Jakulus made a room that had 100ish endermen in it making endermen farms not work,
Jakulus did make an enderfarm of his own, with help from his friends. Which I'm sure took HOURS of hard work, planning, designing, acquiring materials, and perfecting as they saw fit. I visited their farm to see for myself the amount of work they had done, and what they were defending. What I saw was not just a few blocks thrown together to try to mess with other players and spawn rates across the server, but rather a serious group of dedicated community members who invested time, and labor to make their dream a reality. They took time to put their project as far away from others as practically possible. They have the right to co-exist without fear of retribution from others who are not concerned about rules and destroying their creation.
To be fair I believe the real issue is you are scared of the competition that he and others in the end pose to your farm. While your farm is incredibly impressive, I believe you're being driven by profit from the "about 10DB" entry fee.
so i put some water in it making the farms work. Then icefag banned me.
As he should have. You just admitted to your own infraction, and I believe that 90 minutes was very lenient in this case.
So if you dont unban me fine
i can now do homework So i guess this is more of a request.
Once again you're showing us how seriously you're taking this whole situation. This is supposed to be an appeal not a joke. We are here to help you and everyone else in the community who needs it.
If you are going to ban me please at least ban Jakulus for the multiple times he griefed my endermen farm and never got banned. He actually broke blocks and messed up other things.
I or any other mod would be more than happy to assist you and perform an investigation into any claims of grief you make have. If Any member has broken the rules, or griefed you, We will do our due diligence and punish those responsible for said actions.
Meanwhile all i did was help the people complaining about endermen farms not working!
I want to make perfectly clear what I am about to say because we have had this discussion before. You do NOT have the authority to take matters in your own hands by breaking the rules and destroying other peoples hard work. If you see a problem, or have someone complaining about a real issue, give it to a Mod or admin who's job it is to see that a proper resolution is reached. It may not always be quick, or the answer you want to hear, but it is OUR job to fix the problems, and YOUR job to follow the rules - without question - or excuse.
My recommendation is to deny the aforementioned sentence vacating and to impose an additional week to be served concurrently to the original sentence.
Please start taking this community seriously. You as a Veteran are supposed to set the highest standard of attitude and behavior for all to follow.
