Gold: descent rooms that are great for new comers and every one no second story (10/10/3) <----(L-W-H)
Iron: the smallest rooms but they are still nice (8/8/3) <----(L-W-H)

Miner: mines rooms and gets to keep any minerals they find
Farmer: takes care of farms
Navigator: posts signs helping people find their way around
Police: stops griefers and keeps city peaceful (must be a mod)
