some psychologist person told my parents to take away my computer for all except 2 hours of the day and that is somehow supposed to make me less depressed.
Take the time to go outside, go for a walk every day, exercise a bit, read some good books. There's plenty to do besides stare at a screen. It probably will do you some good.
To The Mares Nest: I don't listen to them anymore, I just lock myself up in my room like I normally do. I hate myself and you are mean to me too. No one understands me.
