In the broken, burned, and ravaged lands of the old continent lies a beacon of hope, dreams, and ambition. Epika is a free admission village, that doesn't bother with lots, and instead lets players who have gained trust build what their heart desires. However, if something is considered ugly or detestable by a large portion of the village, it is removed.
Rules
Epika is a village that tries to not limit its citizens. However, there are some rules.
1. Don't build your first house unnecessarily big. If the mayor or co-mayors trust you, you will be given permission to build bigger.
2. If you're inactive for 3 month or more, your house can be removed, and your stuff can be taken. Just check back in once in a while, and you'll be fine. This rule is mainly for nubs.
3. When you want to build a large scale project, ask the mayor/co-mayor if it's ok, and if they say ok, they will supply you land to build your project.
4. Don't use excessive cobblestone or dirt when building. If you need materials, ask one of the citizens, one should be happy to help you.
5.Don't blow stuff up with tnt, and don't light fire. If you're caught, you can be banned from the village
6. Don't grief, seriously, And PLEASE don't kill or steal others animals, ask the mayor and he can give any animal you want!
In Epika, our village is currently divided into 6 sectors: Central, Giant, Neo, Iceden, Laketown, and Stark.
Central: The largest sector, central is one of the two hub sectors of Epika. It's where much of the stuff that goes on in Epika happens.

Giant: Despite its name, Giant is actually the smallest sector. It is also the second hub sector, and contains Epika waypoint.

Lakeland: A large area lake that the village filled in with dirt. This area is the area where we put most experienced players to build their houses.

Iceden: An area in a tagia biome! This area is not a residential area, but rather a utility place, for things that help the village. The town is planning to build a large ice castle there that will act as a Trade center, Utility Place, Extra Storage, Vacation Home, and shop all at once!

Stark: Set in a desert and swamp, stark is a place only for building vacation homes and things that aren't houses or utilities.

Neo: Sort of like the slums of Epika, this sector is off sides of the two main ones, and it has many nub's houses built there. However, there is the sheeporium, which has sheeps of every color, so that's something.

Population
There are five types of people in Epika: Mayor, Co-Mayor, Citizen, Citizen+, and Nub.
If name is in italics, the home they have is a vacation home and they aren't permanent residents home Epika, but they live here part time. Bold means they built an Embassy for their village or town. If the person has been gone from kreatious for 3 months or more, their name is removed from the list.
Mayor - There can only be one mayor in the town of Epika. They admit people, commission large projects, and destroy inactive houses. Current Mayor: [Ctzn]Epicface_2
Co-Mayor- Have all the same powers as mayor, except the Mayor can veto anything large project Co-Mayors try to build. It's VERY hard to achieve Co-Mayor, and you probably won't get this rank unless proven extremely trustworthy, helpful, and active in the town community. Co-Mayors are also usually appointed to be the leader of a sector.

Citizen+
Citizen plus is achieved when you are active, helpful, and kind in the village. They can build as big as they please as long as there is enough land area and their build is not ugly. Their structures can be kept up to 8 months after inactivity. They can also lead a sector, although it happens very rarely.

Citizen- Regular people in the village. They're trusted enough to build larger structures, and their builds may be kept around longer than three months after they're been inactive. Most experienced players who enter the town become citizen right away.

How to join?: To join, simply talk to Epicface_2, pippykitty, or mrkoo1 on the kreatious server. If you have no materials, they'll give you some and you can start building your house. Or you don't have to live there full-time, but you can build a vacation home and come back when you feel like it.
