Commands such as /whoafk given to lower ranks?

The title pretty much sums this one up. /whoafk is the only one I can think of right now, but I'm sure there's more commands that would be useful to players that aren't veterans or mods, but wouldn't break the game. /whoafk would be very useful for simply telling if a player is afk, because this could be pretty useful.

Generally, if they don't reply they're probably afk.
Or they just don't want to talk to you.
