As some of you may know, I long ago found a mushroom biome in Dark Pandora. I changed all of the mycelium to grass in preparation for building a town there. Now it is time to make that a reality.

This town is meant to be for well respected, good builders. You must send screenshots of the build you plan to make at the city. for now, that's all you need for payment of land.

There are no plots. You may build wherever you wish on the island (though it's preferred you build close to where current building is going on) and a path will be built to your build. you may edit the path nearby your home how you like, but please keep the theme of the path intact.

I am looking for more serious type builds. pixel art or other wacky stuff probably won't get accepted.

You must have at least 100 hours or donor rank to apply. exceptions may be made if your build is considered good enough.

Mooshrooms will be free to take from the island, and at some point, a bridge may be built back to the mainland.

If you wish to apply for the town, post here with images of your build. Please do not pester me in game, as i will likely not answer. once you are accepted, i will /mail you the co-ordinates of the mushroom biome.

EDIT: Looking for smaller builds, as i feel very large builds will stick out too much and take up too much room on the island. also flat land is limited.
EDIT 2: Adding an underground section to the town. this means a new rule: No basements below y = 48

Is there a theme of buildings or is it just build anything and you confirm it? Like blocks you want used and blocks you don't?

I think those builds are just a bit too big, sorry rom :(

How big can you build? 10x10? 20x20? 30x30? What is the max you can build?
