12345678987654321 or for Scientific Notation 1.2345678987654321 x 10 to the 16th power.

My Math Question or for Geometry:
Tell whether the lines through the given points are parallel, perpendicular, or neither.
Line 1: (3,5), (-2,6)
Line 2: (-3,5), (-4,10)

What is the x/y equation used to solve for this?

I believe the lines are parallel as they both have the same slope, but different y-intercepts.
Don't know what the equation form is called though
Lines 1's Equation: y=-5x=+20
Line 2's Equation: y=-5x-10
Where the coefficient is the slope, and the y-intercept is the second number:b

Is this right? Probably not but I needed to sound smart at some point, right?
