Where to post certain things

Recently a friend of mine's house was griefed/paved over. I was just wondering which board/thread I should post on. As this is the Help board Im just asking, would this be the board to post on or is there a better suited one?

Easiest thing to do would be to just pm a mod over it in-game.
I suppose you could post it in here for help, or in general discussion.
