I have, and continue to, map out the entire server using a mod called JourneyMap (which can be found here). It saves everywhere you go to different image files so that you can look back at where you've been. You can also render a map of all of the little images put together.
Version 7: (newer versions avaliable, read below) MAP DOWNLOAD (DAY) MAP DOWNLOAD (NIGHT) (Note, because of the size [363MB] you will have to download the image, you wont be able to see it in the browser) Yes, the night map is ugly because of color variances between versions of the mod. I can't do anything about this other than remap all the old regions, which I won't spend much time doing.
Here are all of the older AND NEWER versions of the map. After version 7, the colors get a little messed up. 7 is the prettiest map, but these will be more up to date. Other versions, and some other stuff Other things here are an (incomplete) topographic map, (outdated, may fix soon) map of the end, a poorly made map of my subway project, and a project for making these work on a google maps thingy.
Heres a much smaller preview version of the map that you can see biomes on (1 pixel = 32 blocks on this):

TO INSTALL FOR YOUR MINECRAFT:
Spoiler:
1) Install minecraft forge http://files.minecraftforge.net/ 2) Install journeymap from http://journeymap.info/Download (put the jar in your .minecraft/mods folder) 3) Run minecraft and join kreatious for a few seconds, then go back to the main menu 4) Download the files from Icefang's map HERE (using his instead of mine because he mapped using the default texture pack) 5) Extract the "Journeymap Files.zip" (Right click -> Extract all) 6) Open the extracted folder and copy the DIM0 Folder to your clipboard 7) Navigate to .minecraft\journeymap\data\mp and find the folder that has the same name as kreatious does in the multiplayer connection menu. Examples include "kreatious" and "Minecraft Server" If you use direct connect, the folder will be called "Minecraft~Server" 8) Open that folder, there should already be a DIM0 folder in it. Paste the DIM0 you copied earlier to the same folder that already has a DIM0 folder. You will be asked which one you want to keep, and you will select that you want to overwrite the existing files. 9) Try rejoining the server, and see if the map is loaded correctly. If not look over these steps. If that doesn't help either reply to this post or /msg or /mail send me in game.
Incase you didn't know the image is four quadrants:
OC = Old Continent NC = New Continent DP = Dark Pandora LP = Light Pandora
Map of the end, fairly boring but may as well add: (this is fairly outdated, may fix later)

Update History:
Spoiler:
4/30/15- originally posted
5/9/15- NEW CONTINENT COMPLETED, mapped some oceans in Pandora and a little of OC and dark Pandora
12/20/15- all edges mapped, more of Pandora and oc mapped. (note: there are now different colorings for biomes than before due to the mod updating, I am not going to re-map all the old colorings, so the two colorings will be mixed together).
12/25/15 - LIGHT PANDORA COMPLETED, mapped some in OC
3/20/17 - OC completed, didn't realize I hadn't updated it since that. Most of dark Pandora completed. Updated preview map, switched to google drive. Added end map.
