Pandora Tunnels

While the Nether Path system is out of commission, I was going to work on finishing my tunnel along 10000z.

I would like some opinions on what style of tunnel to make:

Option 1:

1 & 5 and maybe 2 seem illogical. Players interact with each other again (you can push people now?) So if 2 ppl collided in a tunnel. how would they get passed one another? Would need at least a 2 wide tunnel so one person can continued riding while the other steps off the track for a moment.
Also on that note, minecarts eject players to nearest empty block. That being said the one wide tunnels have a chance of ejecting the players outside of the tunnel and possibly killing them.

That's just my 2 cents though.

Time.
Digging out 23 blocks of space for every meter, replacing at least 12 per meter, etc.
