for everyone. If you are new to Kreatious then you are welcome to settle here and build your house within our walls. We will provide you with resources to get started and to thrive. Now if you are an RSD or higher of kreatous we always need staff and workers(with pay) to keep the town protected. If you would like to live or work in HN Town then contact jack_addy. To live is free (now do to lack of space is 1 diamond or 64 iron for a lot. You can stay in hotel to get supplies untill you get 1 diamond)
but hotel will be of charge. Small lots are 30 iron, medium is 1 dia, and large is 1 dia and 35 iron.

Taxes
If you want to own/partner in a restaurant/shop/brewery or other retailer then you have to pay tax of 1 diamond every month. You can also pay in stone brick or brick. Brick price is 1 stack a month; stone brick price is 4 stacks a month. All your shop funds go to your self and your workers. If I find out you are cheating your workers then I will take down your shop. A lot for a shop will be the same price as a house. You can build up or down into the ground as much as you want.
