Guidelines and Rules to Spawn Mall.

Now that I control payment and sell spawnshops, It's probably a good time to set some rules and regulations to the mall.

Pay!
Half of the spawn shop, whether if its 2 floors or side by side costs a total of 3 diamonds every two weeks.
A whole spawn shop, cost a total of 6 diamonds every two weeks.
All pay includes 2 IRON per sign you use.This includes [private] signs
All pay must be placed into the pay chest. Do not forget to give me access to the chest to collect the pay.
ALL PAY IS COLLECTED ON MONDAY (my timezone is Eastern Time if anyone wonders)

What happens if I don't pay for a week?
If you don't pay for your mall you will have until the Wednesday the same week to fulfill your payment. If not, all your items will be lost.

Going on vacation?
Make sure to have pay for the later weeks if you're leaving and still want your shop. If not you will lose your items.

Wanna purchase a shop?
Firstly, spawn shops is exclusive to only RSDS and Up. (Due to multiple defaults not paying in the past..) /pm is game for a shop. I can be busy at times, so please do not take it personally. Also. if you have a ridiculous ban history. I won't give you a shop until you've proven you have changed.

Clarifications

- You do not pay per chest; you pay per sign in your shop
- No digging out the shops floor, or walls.
- You cannot dig out the shop Stone Walls OR Ceiling, You may however build in-front of them a new wall of your design.

No diamonds go to ArjanluvsNeytiri or to any of the mods! The diamonds go to our grief protection since we do not spawn valuable items! PvP events and spleef is being held by the moderators with the use of spawn diamonds! Every diamond is going towards awards, Whats not to love :#?

Do we pay for [private] signs too? And the sign on the rent chest?

Excellent, there is a post for the shop at spawn . I have one question, are we allowed to pay ahead of time?

Yes. Private signs cost one iron also. So 2 iron per chest in your shop.

Also, you can pay ahead of time. But all pay will be collected on every monday. You can have pay for the next three weeks but I will only collect the weeks worth. The whole point behind it is to have no confusion if I collected or if a pay is missing.

As of 16th of April ALL signs used in Spawn mall costs one iron.

One Iron = Per sign used in your shop.

Blame me, I may have dissapeared for a few months, but I remember the original reason for per signs used, and that is to overall limit the spawn - lag due to signs... Now wether bukkit, or mojang has fixed this, zerg needs to tell us
